Temperature Minimum & Jet Lag, Shift Work & Red Lights
Jet lag is something we all experience. Huberman introduces a concept called "temperature minimum." 2 hours before your typical wake-up time, your body will be at its lowest temperature. If you wake up 2-3 hours before your temperature minimum and do activities as you would typically, you will want to go to sleep and wake up later the next day. The opposite is true. This is a potent tool for shifting your sleep schedule.
